It's so easy to get swallowed up in the world's way of thinking when it comes to success. Being a Christian and living life to bring glory to God is not only unconventional, but it's viewed as strange and foolish by the world. Yet this verse reminds me that I.can.do.nothing apart from Christ. The minute I worry about what the world thinks and start to take my own path, the minute my life will be unfruitful. Only when we remain in Him will we be able to truly have a successful life.
I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children.
